Todd Hale, owner/photographer
I moved to the Outer Banks in 1996 after graduating from art school at Virginia Commonwealth University. After working as a picture framer and film developer, I began taking family portraits (with film!). A few years later I collaborated with a partner to create the first website and online viewing gallery for portraits on the Outer Banks. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to meet and work with so many people through the years in such a beautiful place.
My wife and son and I now divide our year between the Outer Banks and Richmond Virginia, where I own and operate Antennae, a working art studio and gallery.
